Our company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in IT sales, with a strong background in business development and client relationship management.
Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales revenue and market share
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term business growth
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the IT industry
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions to meet client needs
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build networks and promote our products and services
Create and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to support business objectives
Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to inform business decisions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales and business development
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and partners
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge of IT products and services, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed
