কাতল মাছ ধরার জন‍্য

উপকরন 1

নারকেল 1টা
দুধের স্বর - 50 গ্রাম
নারকেল তেল - 100 গ্রাম
এলাচ - 10টা
বাটার - 50 গ্রাম
ঘী- 100 গ্রাম
খোয়া ক্ষীর 100 গ্রাম
Dairy milk chocklet -20 টাকা
রশুন -3 কোষ
জয়ত্রী - 1 টি ফুল
ছোট কাংলা - 4 টি
লটকন দানা 10 গ্রাম
জষ্টিমধু -10 গ্রাম
নারকেল পচা- 200 গ্রাম
মধু -100 গ্রাম

প্রনালী
প্রথমে কড়াইএ ঘী বাটার নারকেল তেল হাল্কা আচে গরম করে এলাচ, রশুন দিয়ে একটু নেড়ে নিতে হবে। নারকেল কুরিয়ে নিয়ে তা কড়াইএ দিয়ে গোলাপি রং হওয়া পর্যন্ত ভাজতে হবে। তাতে অন‍্য মশলা (জয়ত্রী - 1 টি ফুল ছোট কাংলা - 4 টি লটকন দানা 10 গ্রাম জষ্টিমধু ভেজে গুড়ো করে) মেশাতে হবে।তারপর চকলেট নারকেল পচা স্বর দিয়ে খোয়া ক্ষীর মিহি করে মিশিয়ে সবশেষে মধু মিশিয়ে 10 মিনিট হাল্কা আচে নেড়ে ঠান্ডা করে সম্ভব হলে কাচের জারে রাখুন। 10 দিন রোদে ও 20 দিন ছায়ায় রখুন। তৈরি করার সাথে সাথে ই ব‍্যবহার করা যায়। পুরানো হলে আরও ভাল এফেক্ট হয়।

ব‍্যবহার

1)টোপের গায়ে
2) টোপ মাখাতে
3) টোপের ভেতর পুর দিতে
4) চারে

খুব অল্প পরিমান ই যথেষ্ট।
