Do you wash your gloves before use?

You have just received your brand new pair of gloves, you have peeled off the protective plastic, what now?!

My personal recommendation:
1. Soak and rinse the gloves in warm water. DO NOT SCRUB the latex. Soak and rinse. Soak and rinse! I do this for at least 5minutes.
2. Sometimes I do step 1, two times before first use.
3. To soak up excess water - wrap in a towel and carefully press down a couple times.
4. Let them dry NATURALLY. But donโ€™t let the gloves completely dry out, this will damage the gloves.
5. Use them at least once in a training before using in a game - repeat steps 1-4 after training for best results on game day!
