Hi! We're Ariel and Odelya, the founders of Adele's Cold Brew.
Adele's journey began in our kitchen at home in the scorching summer, where we discovered that we were in dire need of a good air-conditioner and high-quality cold coffee. We began playing around with different roasts and methods of brewing, and slowly but surely landed on the perfect blend of Coldbrew. It was during that summer that we, along with our friends and family as taste-testers, realized that cold coffee could be, and should be, so much more than instant coffee mixed with ice.
Coffee is so much more than a beverage. Itโ€™s a ritual. The process of coffee-making became an important part of our day and the love and effort that we put into our coffee making was felt (and tasted!) by all who drank our cold brew.
With sacks of ethically sourced beans, we began roasting, blending, tasting and testing and before we knew it, Adele's was born.
