Love is in the air! Carlos’ carved wave wedding band captured beautifully by on their wedding day, what a gorgeous couple!
Few times in life do you get to make something this meaningful for people you know and love.
Carved from wax and made using the lost wax casting technique this ring is a study in simple elegance with a modern textured twist.

Opening today in Bedford Hall 'Keep Well' exhibition, free entry from 16-20th October, 10am-4pm daily in Bedford Hall.

The exhibition Showcases craft projects which took place during lockdown, supported by and organised by DCCI Guilds and Associations.

This silver and Pâte de verre Collar is a collaboration between myself and the very talented glass artist , made in response to the DCCI's Open Call to 'Make a Collar, Cuff or Ruff'. Inspired by the NMI's Gold collection, this is our modern take on Ireland's ancient treasure.

On sunny days like this I love to wear big statement jewellery, like these Wavelength stacking rings in Sterling Silver.
This image by Roland Paschoff captures them perfectly; elegant, but edgy, they can be worn on their own, or stacked 2 to 4 (finger length dependant! 😂)
Single statement ring or bold stack? Let me know in the comments.

The Catalogue has arrived!!! Very excited for the official opening of 'InForm' at NMI' s Collins Barracks next Monday. I can't wait to see how my work and that of my colleagues looks, laid out with the objects from the museum's collection that inspired them!

The great reveal; This is the piece I have been collaborating with   on, for the Collar project.

It is a re-imagining of the lunula- for the modern age, drawing inspiration from the Ór collection

The marking from this time resonate with us as an Irish people, though there meanings may be lost.
Through the act of mark making, emulating the patterns of old we forge a connection through the ages, blending the very patterned embellishments of that time with the clean lines and asymmetry of today, to forge something new, yet recognisable.

It was such a pleasure to collaborate with the very talented glass artist Fiona Byrne on this project, and I am delighted with our finished piece. Her finely patterned pâte de verre elements have a beautiful textural surface, the raised patterns catching the light and casting gentle descriptive shadows, while the white of the pâte de verre has an almost luminescent quality to it.

Check out more of Fiona's work
