Evening Everyone

We are making a change to the trading part of our business.

We see a huge volume of trades come through our door over the years but lately and its getting worse we are getting messages, texts and emails with how much will you give me for these??
Now the question is not the issue the no answer after we spent sometimes up to an hour or more pricing everything up is.
I think its common courtesy to say yes or no when we come back to you.
The other day we were sent a bunch of photos and asked for a price. We priced what was suitable for our store and advised that. We have a huge stockroom with many duplicates or games that don't shift in store so we are more choosey these days.
A while later we saw someone else posting up the same pictures confirming they did the deal but we got zero reply to our offer so we just wasted our time.
Going forward we will only accept trades via our email with pictures or in store unless we have already done previous trades together.
All we ask is if we take the time to price up everything just reply back to us. Sometimes its not the offer thats suits you but most of the time we reach a deal ❤️
