After our first weekend in the new location, we want to take a moment to thank everyone for your overwhelming support of Little Lane Bookshop! ❤️

We have been blown away entirely by your warmth and generosity, and we want to especially shout out and our good friend Richard Ennis for donating artwork for our walls (apologies for my crap photos, call in to see them)! 🖼

Work continues this week to get the shop ready for the OFFICIAL LAUNCH on Aug 30th (see previous post), and we'll be open again this Wednesday (26th Aug) from 11:00 - 19:00! 📚🍾

Those of you who've seen our story know that Little Lane Bookshop unofficially opened our doors this morning, but for those of you yet to catch up: Little Lane Bookshop has unofficially opened our doors this morning! 🥳📚

We have been completely overwhelmed by your support! It was amazing to see so many familiar and new faces alike, you have been missed! 🫶

The OFFICIAL OPENING is Sunday, 30th August 12:00-16:00. Save the date, more details to follow!

We are open Wednesday to Saturday 11:00-19:00, and Sunday 12:00-16:00 from RIGHT NOW.

Although we are still preparing to open the shop fully, some amazing books are being added to the website daily. For example, this almost-pristine collection of 1980s Stephen King paperbacks (NEL and Futura) is now available online for collection or delivery. These are incredible and they will not last long! 👀

We are happy to announce that littlelanebookshop.com is back online and accepting orders for both delivery and click-and-collect! While we are not quite ready to fully open the shop yet, those of you who make an order for collection can get a sneak-peak of what's going on. We will be open for collections Fridays through Sundays, 12:00 - 16:00 @ 15/16 O'Connell Street, Waterford City X91 AP84. For your continued patience, we are running a special offer of FREE SHIPPING on all orders over €20 for the next week (until 20/08). Thank you all who have supported Little Lane Bookshop over the previous two years! The bookshop will be temporarily closed from today 14th June while we move and prepare your new, bigger, better bookshop in O'Connell Street. The website will also be offline during this period, but you can contact us using any of the usual methods. In the case of the worst-kept "secret" in the world, let's address the elephant in the room! Little Lane Bookshop is not for sale, but we are moving! To a bigger and brighter and a better shop in the very centre of the Waterford Cultural Quarter!
