**Attention**

*IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING THE IMPENDING FLAVOUR BAN.*

The Irish Government released an Amendment to the To***co Products and Ni****ne Inhaling Products Bill. This is the very same bill that affected the prices of all e-liquids, disposables, etc.

With this Amendment, the Government is planning on banning all flavours in e-liquid containing products except for to***co.

Over 75-80% of our customers use flavoured va**ng products. This Bill will take that option away from you, leaving to***co as the sole flavour. With this in mind, we are trying to spread awareness and ask that everyone takes action against this Bill.

We understand the concern regarding the younger demographic using and having interest in va**ng products. However this Bill does not take into account the amount of adults that have used va**ng as a tool to quit smoking.

With the Amendment released, it will now be moved forward to be approved and then voted on. If it is voted in favour of, the flavour ban will be implemented.

This flavour ban threatens to derail progress in reducing smoking rates. It will also drive the black market, allowing an exponential increase of unregulated and illegal va**ng products to flood Ireland.

We cannot allow this to happen. Although our efforts with the E-liquids Product Tax were futile, we have hope that with enough feedback from the public that the Government will listen and reconsider.

**ATTENTION**

All who v**e please need to read this and act on it. We were warned about that E-Liquids Product Tax and couldn't stop the government implementing it. Their new proposal, a flavour ban will destroy the industry, drive a black market, really limit the options for v**ers and increase smoking rates among many other negative consequences.

The Irish Government is in the final stages of drafting an amendment to the To***co Products and Ni****ne Inhaling Products Bill. With this, they are planning to ban all flavours in e-liquid containing products except for to***co.

This flavour ban threatens to completely derail progress in reducing smoking rates. Flavoured e-ci******es and e-liquids have played a pivotal role in many users' transition to quitting smoking; without them many people will go back to smoking traditional ci******es. It is a harm reduction tool, and to remove this option from people is harmful.

We must act now to try to stop the ban from being put into place. We hope that with enough responses from the public that the Government will rethink this decision.

Respectv**ers.ie has began a campaign to allow the public to have their say. They have launched a petition to stop the flavour ban and urge v**ers and ex-smokers to sign. They also have a form to tell TDs your side of the story and how this ban could affect you. When you submit this form, your story will automatically be sent directly to the inboxes of each elected representative in your constituency and to the Oireachtas Health Committee.

If this ban is put into place, there will be no reversing it. Act now, have your say.

*Price Update on Eliquids Product Tax (EPT).*

Some short term good news for anyone who we didn't get to inform at our shops. In line with Revenues guidelines EPT will not apply to any stock we purchased within Ireland before today the 1st of November. We have done our best to ensure that *we currently have a good stock supply that we can sell to you excluding EPT tax.*

As products become unavailable, we will then reorder that product and increase the prices to align with EPT. Every products price will change at different dates. However, we do recommend stocking up if you are able to do so, as demand is very high and we expect the stock purchased before the 1st of November to sell very quickly, especially popular flavours.

** ATTENTION **

The Irish Government has introduced a new E-Liquid Products Tax (EPT) under the Finance Act 2024.

🔹 When does it take effect?
*This tax will come into force on 1 November 2025* .

🔹 What does it apply to?
The EPT applies to all nicotine-containing and non-nicotine-containing e-liquid products e.g. e-liquids, disposables etc.

🔹 What is the rate?
The rate is set at €0.50 per millilitre (ml).

For example:

A 10ml bottle will carry an additional €5.00 in E-Liquids Product Tax (EPT).

A 600 puff disposable will carry an additional €1.00 in EPT.

🔹 Why is this happening?
This is a government measure designed to regulate the va**ng market in line with public health policy. All retailers in Ireland are required to comply.

We’re sharing this update early so customers are fully informed and can plan ahead for when the changes come into effect on November 1st as mentioned previously.
