Some news I've been keeping to myself for a little while...

I'm delighted to share that Full Bloom Bakehouse has been selected to join the Food Academy Programme 2026.

The application and selection process involved multiple stages, including product assessment, interviews and evaluation by industry professionals. With so many talented Irish food producers applying, being selected is an achievement I'm incredibly proud of.

Food Academy Programme, supported by Bord Bia, SuperValu, Musgrave and the Local Enterprise Office, helps emerging food businesses develop, grow and prepare for retail opportunities.

Over the coming months, I'll be working with mentors and industry experts on areas such as product development, branding, business growth and bringing artisan products to a wider market.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Full Bloom Bakehouse so far. Every order, recommendation and kind word has helped me reach this milestone.

I'm excited to see where this journey leads next.

I’m sharing my experience in the hope that it might help someone else who is starting their food business journey. Every business is different, but having food safety systems and records organised from the beginning can make a huge difference.

Hand-painted mountain silhouettes, delicate buttercream wildflowers and soft botanical details.

Every flower was piped by hand using Italian meringue buttercream, creating an edible piece of art made to be shared and enjoyed.

Inside: Mocha Midnight - our signature flavour

Layers of dark chocolate sponge, silky coffee ganache and blackcurrant mousse — a combination that balances rich coffee notes with the bright freshness of blackcurrant.

I’m truly honoured to receive this certificate of appreciation from II Sympozjum Polek w Irlandii.

It was a privilege for Full Bloom Bakehouse to support such an inspiring event bringing together remarkable Polish women living and thriving in Ireland.
