Have you spotted the new automated external defibrillator (AED) at Lusk Village Quarter?

Ashe Street is home to a number of retailers with heavy footfall and is very accessible should the AED be required in an emergency.

The First Responders Group provide a vital community service and we thank Paula from the Lusk Community First Responders Group for reaching out to McGarrell Reilly Group, and assisting with every step along the way.

We are delighted to play a part in this initiative and fully support the excellent work they carry out here in the Lusk community.

We are delighted to announce the installation of a new automated external defibrillator (AED) at Lusk Village Quarter.

McGarrell Reilly group were very happy to procure the equipment and carry out the installation of the AED which is situated on Ashe Street between Lidl & Lusk Orthodontics.

We have passed over to the Lusk Community First Responders Group who are in the process of registering the defibrillator with the Irish Ambulance Service and will manage the maintenance of the equipment going forward.

This AED will be the 7th addition to the existing network of AEDs spread out geographically across the town and covers a prominent location here in the heart of Lusk Village. Ashe Street is home to a number of retailers with heavy footfall and is very accessible should the AED be required in an emergency.

Congratulations to McCabes pharmacy Lusk as they relocate their pharmacy into a brand new store at Lusk Village Quarter. This fantastic new store has added space for consultation rooms bringing everyday health and beauty essentials to Lusk. Best of luck to Pharmacy Manager Joana and her team.

Following the successful opening of the new Lidl supermarket in December 2021, we are excited to give an update on the wider Lusk Village Quarter project.

The overall scheme once complete will contain a variety of uses that will complement the new Lidl store. The first phase (Block A) of this includes three retail units on the ground floor of Lidl, we have interest in these units from a range of occupiers including Hair & Beauty, Food and retail uses. We will announce occupiers for these units shortly.

The second phase of the Village Quarter is also nearing completion beside Lidl, this building (Block B) will complete towards the end of June 2022 and provide a further five retail units along with 25 new apartments. These new apartments will feature a mix of large one and two bedroom units and will be available at the beginning of July 2022.

We are also making great progress with the retail units in Block B and we are pleased to announce that Units 1 and 2 in this building are reserved to Belfry & Co an independent café and artisan food store. Belfry & Co is part of the Look Mam No Hands Group and will provide a range of coffee, breakfast and lunch offerings, as well as an artisan food store. Belfry & Co will open later this year.

We are pleased to announce our first retail occupier in addition to Lidl at Lusk Village Quarter.

Belfry & Co will be an independent café and artisan food store.

As part of the Look Mam No Hands Group, Belfry & Co will offer a range of coffee, breakfast and lunch dishes as well as artisan foods in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Their current locations include Applewood, Estuary House Swords, Castlelands Park in Balbriggan and Charlestown Shopping Centre. Belfry & Co will open later this year.
