We are NOT standing for abuse anymore! If this individual would like to come back and apologise to our staff before we post footage of them being abusive and using horrible language towards staff they can. I will also be reporting them to the authorities for bullying and aggressive behaviour without reason.

We had a staff member already serving a customer when this person entered the shop. Demanded they be served instantly when another customer was already in the store before them. Proceeded to tell the staff to f*ck you and called the staff member a number of insults, was asked calmly to leave and put her hands over the counter and proceeded to try and take pictures of the staff member so here we are.

Under no circumstances is it acceptable to abuse people who come to work to earn a living. You were asked politely to wait while somone else was served and your behaviour was absolutely disgusting!

We have dealth with a number of instances like this and have had enough! Abuse is NOT acceptable when we are here to help you...
