Our LEDspan flush recessed mounted, emergency LED exit sign is specifically designed for clean environments such as pharmaceutical cleanrooms, food manufacturing, healthcare facilities and laboratories. Our fittings are IP65 rated and available in standard, self-test and DALI addressable modes, The removable front plate allows easy maintenance access without the removal of the fitting from the wall.

For installation, the exit sign base unit is recessed into the cleanroom wall and the front frame is magnetically fixed to the base unit. The outer frames are then silicone sealed along the boundaries with the wall panel.

LEDspan’s Rigel Lay-in Cleanroom LED Luminaires in a stainless steel finish were recently installed in a Pharmaceutical facility constructed in London, UK.

Our client requested a stainless steel finish due to the high humidity in the process area and to maintain consistency with the overall finish of the equipment in the room.

LEDspan were approached to provide a lighting and emergency design and supply suitable LED luminaires for the humid environment.

The LEDspan LED Luminaires comprised of:

- 610x610mm lay in grid IP65 Luminaires in stainless steel 316 finish, with integral emergency where required.

LEDspan coordinated with the client and design team using Dialux lighting design software to achieve lighting Lux levels and uniformity in line with client requirements.
