I must have made up to 200 baby blankets in my years of crocheting, but I think this is actually my favourite This is suitable for pram, cradle or cot and is ideal folded for the carry seat.. It is nicely ornate in colour and in design. It measures approximately 30 inches square and the price is €45.

I have not been crocheting for several months due to health reasons. Now with some light at the end of the tunnel, I am making a few small things. I hope to post a few pictures soon. I would love to see what some of you are doing in any kind of needlework.

Hello to all my friends and fans of Anne's Crochet. Christmas was very enjoyable for us, we had dinner at my daughter's house on Christmas day. For St. Stephen's day we stayed at home and had one guest. I would love to hear how you spent Christmas day, did you cook, if so, did anyone cook anything different, or were you invited out. The wind was so ferocious yesterday and last night. My cats sleep in a little dog kennel, half of the roof was detached from the ridge down by the wind. There were so many families without power in parts of Ireland and in the UK some homes were destroyed. If you have had any unusual experience for Christmas or were affected badly by the weather, post it here. Has anybody seen something really beautiful or unusual in crochet over the Christmas hols. tell me about it.

There are only 49 more sleeps before Christmas. Well that is how the children would describe it anyway. Speaking of children, do you think they would like my Christmas stockings? The little green and red ones are really only for decoration, but, they can be made for you in any size or any colours you night like. Don't leave it too late, remember, only 49 more sleeps.
