The Soundz of Muzic is an unique and fascinating shopping experience in the delightful market town of Kenmare , surrounded by the spectacular scenery of south Kerry. It has traded in Henry street, Kenmare for the last decade and is a thriving hub of interest to both the local music community and to

the hordes of summer visitors that flock to the area from all over the world. The shop itself is relatively small (approx.75 square metres) but the incredible array of stock is displayed in ingenious ways in every available space. One of the joys of visiting the shop is finding another nook and cranny displaying some musical curio or other. From floor to ceiling is a veritable cornucopia of all things musical. The Soundz of Muzic is without doubt an Aladin's Cave and is most certainly worth a visit if you find yourself within 100 miles of the delights of Kerry. For those unable to come in person our website offers an alternative shopping experience. The main "departments" of the shop and it's sister website are folk instruments, brass & woodwind instruments, electrical guitar & accessories, music books, Irish trad music C.D.s, Chart World Jazz Classical Country and other C.D.s, musical gifts and of course music accessories! The backbone of the shop is the spectacular choice in the main categories of folk music instruments; fiddles, accordions, concertinas, guitars, harmonicas, ukuleles, whistles, flutes, harps, mandolins, bouzoukis, banjos, mandolas and much, much more. Other weird and wonderful instruments that are in stock or have at one time or another passed through the door include Wagner Tuba, Kora, Ngoni, Chinese Pippa, Chinese Ruan, Dharbuka, Dholak, Tablas, Lyre, Chalameau, Sans Gralla, Bass Recorder.
