It's my first time updating my website profile photo in a couple of years... 🙈 Thought it was about time! I swear I got it on the first take and definitely don't have a thousand rejects in my camera roll... 😉 📸

Hi to any new followers! 👋 I'm Fiona, the designer and maker behind Wishing Tree Studio. It's just me here, doing everything from designing and printing to framing, packaging, and posting.

I create frames, prints, and greeting cards for all occasions, including wedding keepsakes, new baby gifts, medal display frames, and framed poems, among many other things. I'm not a "content creator". I don't post every day or follow all those rules you're supposed to when you're a small business! I post photos of my work occasionally and try to let it do the talking.

I've been running my business since 2015, and I really do love what I do. Prior to that, I commuted to Dublin, where I was a graphic designer in a publishing house. That was great at the time, but not so much once the kids came along! I run my business around family life and all the juggling that comes with it. This can be a bit chaotic at times 😅 but it's worth it.

I live in my hometown of Kells with my husband, our three children (including one teenager who I'm hoping will start helping with some of the above jobs any day now! 🤞😂), and our cocker spaniel, Oscar.

I'm always grateful for the support I've had over the years. Many of my customers have been with me since the early days, and the lovely reviews and kind messages really do mean a lot.

I haven’t been on social media much lately, partly by choice as it can be very time consuming, but mostly because the website has been really busy with orders over the past month, so I’ve been beavering away here making them all.

I made this lovely frame a few weeks back for Tracey and Noel after they completed the Paris Marathon last month, and I’ve been meaning to post it for ages now! Huge congratulations again to you both 🙌 🇫🇷

Well done to all of you who ran Dublin City Half Marathon on Sunday! 🙌 I know a few people who did it and they said the atmosphere in town was unreal, with great support along the way.

Our frames are designed so you can fit your medal yourself at home, no need to send it away. Each one is Irish made, solid wood, with a glass front, and available in a couple of sizes and colours 😊

Thanks very much for the enquiries regarding the Tryka patch frame and customer review I shared on Friday 🙌

Here’s a clearer look at the full piece 👀 The customer chose to include her partner’s wristband in the frame but that's optional.

These ones aren’t on the website just yet, but will be later this week. Available in a black or white frame, and in two sizes: regular & large (this one is large).

The Tryka patch is quite wide, so if you want to include photos they will be a good bit smaller in the regular size frame.
