Paul is well known for his dedication, leadership, and consistency both on and off the pitch. Paul shares a simple but powerful message: success doesn't happen overnight. Small, consistent steps taken every day can lead to significant improvements in your health, wellbeing, and overall quality of life.

Next up as part of Men's Health Week were delighted to have MacDara Geraghty, fitness professional and health advocate to share his thoughts on the importance of exercise and staying active๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Through his work in fitness and his involvement in sport, Macdara understands first-hand the positive impact regular physical activity can have on both physical and mental wellbeing.

We will also be this evening for free blood pressure and health checks from 6.30pm ๐Ÿ’ช

Men's Health Week 2026 ๐Ÿ‘จ

This Men's Health Week, we're encouraging the men in our community to take a little time for their health.

Throughout the week, we'll be sharing a series of short videos from leading men their fields each sharing their thoughts on health, wellbeing, and the importance of looking after your health.
