Over the last few months, as part of RGIS’s commitment to reviewing our social values and how we can better support our communities, we’ve discovered that we already have many unsung heroes among us. These individuals are going above and beyond to give back to their communities.
With this in mind, we’d like to introduce you to District Manager Mo Khan, whose community spirit is truly inspiring. In his spare time, Mo co-founded Grange ABC, a boxing gym in Cardiff that provides a safe, positive space for kids and adults. From humble beginnings, it’s grown into a vital community hub with 80 members and more on a waiting list. Mo and co-founder Dave not only personally fund the gym each month but also commit their time to training and keeping it running. The gym’s impact is profound — reducing crime and fostering personal growth.

Mo recently earned the ‘Pride of RGIS’ award for his incredible dedication to his community. He and Dave are now fundraising to renovate the ground floor and expand the training space, and we’re reaching out to see if any of our connections can support them.
