▪ Position 1: Sales Assistant & Galway Indoor Market Co-ordinator ▪
This role is primarily based at Outset Design & Outset Framing, with the addition of working as a co-ordinator at Galway Indoor Market.
Role Overview :
General admin / Sales Focused / Visual Merchandizing / Picture framing consultations / Stock management / Assisting with events
Co-ordinating Outset’s presence at Galway Indoor Market, including scheduling, communication, and on-site organisation
Preferred
✨ Interest in art & design
✨ Experience in retail, admin, customer service, or retail management
▪,Position 2: Sales Assistant – Hybrid Role (Outset & Satellite Projects) ▪
This is a hybrid role, working between Outset Design / Framing and Satellite Projects, a new creative space offering project hire and artist studio spaces. This role suits someone with experience, initiative, and confidence working independently.
Role Overview
All core sales & admin duties listed above / Assisting with the day-to-day running of Satellite Projects
Building maintenance and upkeep co-ordination / Artist liaison / Event set-up, co-ordination, and support / Supporting hires, viewings, and general operations of the space
This role would suit someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable working across multiple spaces.
Preferred
✨ Strong interest in contemporary art and creative spaces
✨ Experience in building maintenance, arts administration, or event co-ordination
✨ Ability to work independently and show initiative
Hours & Pay
💶 €14.50/hr including paid breaks during 6-month probation
📅 Flexitime 16-21 Hrs per week during training and probation period
