Period sports shorts are fantastic for any form of sport while on your period. The protective underwear is attached inside the shorts, so very discreet. No need for so other period product. Quick rinse and wash and ready for use again.

One of the gifts we can give our girls are less worries going to school. They have enough to worry about as it is. Taking away worries about period leaks while at school is one of those worries we can control. I’d advise Nickeze super absorbent underwear for school days, even if they don’t have a heavy period. The super absorbent panel will manage whatever is thrown at it through PE and sitting at school. They can then change them when they come home. If you need many help just pm us here.

Period swimwear has revolutionised our girls and women sticking with their sport. A little on how Nickeze period swimwear work: they are for moderate flow or below. They are absorbent and leak proof. Make sure you only buy from a reputable brand, they are not a fashion item. If you see them selling somewhere ‘cheap’, there is a reason! We take minding you or your teen on their period, very seriously. That’s why we don’t advise wearing period swimwear on their own on heavy flow days. If you or your teen can’t wear a tampon yet or are trying to manage on heavy days, come talk to us, we have solutions to manage heavier flow days without needing a tampon, pm us here anytime!
It’s a quick rinse with cold water after and pop in the washing machine or hand wash if on holiday. Don’t worry, easy care instructions come with every order.
