Fairfield Farm Fresh Milk was set up in the end of the year 2013 and its primary goal is to bring back" milk like it used to be" back to the customer. Wexford and is owned and run by Nick and Ann Marie Doyle, who pasteurize there own milk from the home farm in their own premises.The milk is pasteurized and not homogenized which means that all the fat is left in our milk, which will cause the crea

Fairfield milk is only pasteurised and not homogenised leaving all good stuff in the milk.

♦️Pasteurisation is the process of heating milk and then quickly cooling it down to eliminate certain bacteria.

♦️Homogenisation is an entirely seperate process that occurs after pasteurisation. Homogenisation breakd down the fat globules in milk and stops the cream floating to the top as it would do naturally. Cream always sits on top of each milk carton so you should always shake before every use.
