Hope to see lots of families visit our Live Crib on Sunday. Lots of indoor activities for kids including a visit to Santa. We also have lots of entertainment in the main hall including Enniscorthy Gospel Choir, a nativity play, some Irish dancing and much more. Macra will operate a Hang Tough competition. We will have a monster raffle - tickets for this can be purchased on the day. Local auctioneer Myles Lambert will be taking bids on some fantastic items up for grabs. Promises to be a great family day out and most importantly we hope to raise lots of money for our chosen charity - St.Patricks Special School, Enniscorthy.

Dear customers.

Due to the increasing numbers of Covid-19 cases and particularly in light of today's record number of cases, we would like to remind you of the precautions we are taking for your safety.
We are kindly asking that there be no more than ONE customer in the shop at any time.
If there is a customer in the shop when you arrive, please remain in your car until that customer has exited the shop.
Masks must be worn in the shop at all times.
We ask that, upon entry to the shop, all customers use the hand-sanitiser that is available just inside the shop entrance.
Change in the till is regularly sanitised throughout the day.
Handling of all produce in the shop is kept to an absolute minimum and carried out strictly according to public health guidelines.

Thank you for your co-operation.

Until further notice, the shop will open at 7.00am and will not close until 9.00pm, in order to facilitate those of you who would prefer to leave your homes at quieter times.

We would like to remind any of our customers who may be particularly vulnerable to Covid-19 and who may be worried about leaving their homes for supplies, that we would be happy to deliver our goods to your homes. Two tonnes of Roosters being loaded for collection by the "Heart to Hand" charity in Gorey. The potatoes have some minor defects (e.g. small marks) but are perfect for consumption.

“Heart to Hand”, a registered, not-for-profit charity, was set up in 1991 to provide food to homeless shelters, soup kitchens, homes for the elderly, people with disabilities, resource centres, homes for distressed women and families, alcohol awareness centres, drug rehabilitation centres, youth centres and many more deserving organisations around Ireland.

It is a fantastic charity, doing really great work for those who are most vulnerable in our society. We are delighted to be able to make a small contribution to help them in their work.

Following the publishing of an article in the New Ross Standard newspaper on
Tuesday, 5th May regarding an incident of theft at our shop, it has come to our
attention that there is a certain amount of misinformation out there about the incident
and we would like to clarify a number of points.
We would like to make it very clear that although a theft did indeed take place, we
ARE NOT seeking any information regarding the perpetrators of the crime, as was
requested in the article, and we were surprised and very disappointed that the incident
was reported in the paper by Sergeant Richie Daly. All of the necessary information
was already available and had been submitted to the Gardaí.
They have been provided with very good quality CCTV footage which clearly
showed the theft taking place, along with full details of the vehicle in which the
perpetrators were travelling. A sum of €15 (and not €40 as was reported in the
newspaper article) was taken from the small till on the counter. From the information
provided, the perpetrators have been identified as being three non-national males who
had travelled over 20 kilometres to the shop. These individuals sought to take
advantage of the shop's loyalty system which is widely used by our many loyal
customers from our great community and beyond.
We are extremely grateful for the wonderful support of these customers, particularly
during the current difficult times. We would like to remind people that, for any of our
customers who may be particularly vulnerable to Covid-19 and who might therefore
be worried about leaving their homes for supplies, we continue to provide a free
delivery service.

Hi all. Just to let you know, we are keeping a very close watch on the daily recommendations from the HSE with regard to Covid-19 and we are taking all the necessary precautions to try to minimise the risk to our customers.
We would ask all customers to use hand sanitiser upon entry to the shop (available just inside the door) and before handling money (more sanitiser available at the counter).
