Alive. Well. Still crafting. Still forgetting to take photos and post on my socials 🫣
I looked up one day and realised I hadn’t posted on here in ages, which honestly feels very “oh for the love of Christ, not enough hours in the day!!
Who else is just trying to survive the end of the school year” 😅
Since my little disappearing act I’ve been:
✨ Recovering from surgery
✨ Trying to get my head right for working on crafts again
✨ Building a craft shed for my new work space because apparently I enjoy stress!!!
✨ Working on lots of wedding orders that are currently classified information 😂 so no photos of those until after the big days have passed
✨ Running around after the kids
✨ Making orders at ridiculous hours
✨ Making tea and forgetting until it's ice cold, no wonder the kettle is never off in this house 🙄
✨ And saying “I must put up a post later” every single day for about 3 months 🙃
The joys of small business life nobody talks about 😂
Honestly though, sometimes you need to step back a bit, sort your own head out, and just focus on real life for a while.
But I’m still here, still making all the pretty things, still surrounded by vinyl scraps, cardstock and absolute chaos 😂 and I’m hoping all the good intentions of keeping the socials updated, showing the real behind-the-scenes of KeepsakeKave, the disasters, the wins, the late-night crafting sessions and maybe even a few little freebies here and there… might actually happen this time 😅
