In response to your letter requesting feedback on our recent experience of buying lights from you, I wanted to send you a quick note. We bought over 2000 Euros of lighting from you, in effect installing new lights throughout the house. I would like to commend the knowledgeable advice I got in your shop from Brendan McCormick, who was able to tell me
* which rooms would require a 5 vs a 3-bulb version of ceiling lights we liked
* what intensity lighting we could expect from the various LED options for downward spots
* and also what kind of lights would/wouldn't be suitable for a kitchen. Given that our total purchase was quite large, Brendan offered a reasonable discount which we felt was fair. He was also diligently followed up any missing pieces from our order until we had received the whole order in fully working order. All in all a very positive experience and i would have no hesitation in going back to National Lighting as my first stop whenever I needed a light. Kind regards
