Great to welcome the team from Dublin and Dún Laoghaire ETB DDLETB ETB to Stacked HQ today for a breakfast briefing hosted by Jody Murphy.

The morning gave the team an opportunity to connect with the Stacked team, explore the latest AV technologies, and discuss solutions designed to support modern learning and collaboration environments.

We've just completed a full AV transformation at Santa Sabina Dominican College with all 32 teaching spaces now equipped with modern Epson UK & I laser projection technology.

The challenge: The college's existing infrastructure consisted of 32 end-of-life projector systems frequent lamp failures, deteriorating image quality, and legacy cabling that could no longer support the demands of a modern teaching environment.

The solution: We delivered a full turnkey replacement programme, deinstalling all 32 legacy systems and installing 32 new Epsonon laser projectors 29 ultra-short throw wall-mounted units and 3 standard throw ceiling-mounted units along with a complete HDMI cable upgrade across every room.

The scope covered general classrooms, ICT suites, and specialist teaching spaces including the Home Economics kitchen.

The result is a future-ready AV environment with bright, high-quality projection, reduced maintenance overhead, and reliable connectivity designed to support teaching and learning for years to come.

We have completed a project at Mullingar Community Training Centre (CTC) enhancing classroom environments with reliable and easy-to-use AV technology.

The objective was to support both teaching and day-to-day learning activities by providing clear visuals and a consistent experience across multiple rooms.

Five 75” Clevertouch interactive screens displays were installed throughout the centre, enabling content to be shared clearly while keeping the technology simple and intuitive for staff to use.

The result is a more engaging and flexible learning environment, where both educators and students benefit from improved visibility, interactivity, and ease of use.

We completed an AV upgrade at Belvedere College S.J., delivering a streamlined solution to support both digital signage and HDMI presentations within the school environment.

Challenge
The School needed a reliable display that could serve dual purposes: displaying scheduled digital signage content and occasionally an HDMI input for presentations. The location required long-distance signal transmission without compromising on image quality or ease of use.

Solution
We installed a 75” iiyama International commercial-grade display, fully integrated with Clevertouch CleverLive digital signage, allowing the school to schedule, manage, and update content remotely with ease. To support HDMI input across a long distance, we implemented Kramer HDMI-over-Cat6 baluns, ensuring stable, high-resolution signal transmission without performance loss.

This installation provides Belvedere College with a flexible, future-ready display setup designed to meet both communication and teaching needs.

Project Highlight: Interactive AV Upgrade at Dundrum College of Further Education

We were selected by Dundrum College of Further Education (DCFE) to deliver a comprehensive AV upgrade across multiple classrooms. The project formed part of the college’s wider digital transformation strategy. As education continues to evolve, DCFE recognised the need for modern, flexible technology that could enhance both in-person teaching and hybrid learning environments.

The Challenge

DCFE’s AV setup lacked interactive functionality, making it difficult for teachers to deliver engaging lessons. With varied classroom layouts, the college needed a reliable, user-friendly solution that could scale across the classrooms.

The Solution

We installed Clevertouch interactive displays throughout the classrooms, giving educators access to interactive displays that are easy to use for content sharing, annotation, and collaboration. A tailored combination of fixed wall-mounted units and a fixed-height trolley was used, ensuring that every room, regardless of size or layout, was equipped for flexibility.
