The summer must be on its way!
We have been on the road all week with kayaks, canoes, trailers and gear headed in every direction.
A full trailer and fleet of premium sit-on-tops from and headed North and two very different kayaks for the sea headed to the rebel County are the last drops of the week. The 54 ski from is the perfect fast fitness ski or an ideal upgrade from a plastic Nelo 510 or Epic V7.

We are open for Park & Play access 7 days a week.
The days are getting longer but the lights are still on until 10PM on weekday evenings.

We get asked all the time what the differences are between a cheap €350 kayak and one of our premium range.

One of the biggest differences are the quality of the outfitting components and the availability of spare parts later on down the road.

Take for example this
Tarpon 100 that was in for a service with us recently.
This kayak was manufactured in 2012. While the hull was still in great condition, the outfitting was suffering from many years of UV exposure, sand/grit ingress and 14 years of use.

We carried out a full refresh on the outfitting with new bolts, hardware and soft components where required. These parts are in stock here at our Dublin store and most repairs can be turned around in 24-48 hours.

This is one of the reasons that choosing a quality kayak from a leading brand is something you should seriously consider when you start your paddling journey.
