Our first Social Club event of the year was a lovely one, with the team heading to Dublin Pottery Painting for a fun and creative day together. We now have some very impressive pottery designs to display back at Codex HQ!

Strong communication helps great teams thrive. 🙌

Yesterday, we brought the Codex team together for our Q2 Company Day, all centred around Communication.

A big thank you to Mary-Ruth McDaid for helping us launch our revamped Good Communications Guide and for sharing such a brilliant session with the team.

And of course, thank you to Daniel Grimes and his team at Rumbles Restaurants for keeping everyone well-fed with their out-of-this-world burgers. 🍔

A great day with great people at Codex, where communication just got even better.

It's a ‘sharing good news’ kind of day! 🙌

We’ve been shortlisted in the Workplace Wellbeing category at this year's Newstalk Changemaker Business Awards, and to say we are thrilled is an understatement!

From creating more inclusive environments to supporting the wellbeing of all employees, there are so many organisations making a real impact on how people experience work, and we’re incredibly honoured to be recognised alongside them.

We’re looking forward to the awards night and celebrating with fellow changemakers who are shaping the future of work in Ireland.
Fingers crossed 🤞But either way, we’re just ecstatic to be nominated! 🤗

This year’s event will take place in the Mansion House’s Round Room on May 20th, where guests can enjoy a gala lunch.

We were delighted to welcome Jade back to Codex HQ yesterday as part of National Workplace Wellbeing Day for another amazing yoga session! 🧘

Once again, she brought a real sense of calm, balance, and positivity to the team, a perfect pause in the day to reset, recharge, and focus on wellbeing. We absolutely enjoyed stepping away from our desks and investing in our physical and mental health.

A huge thank you Jade for creating such a relaxing and inclusive experience for everyone at Codex. We’re already looking forward to the next session! 💛
