A couple of years ago I started running with a group of lovely people at and what used to be a sporadic solo endeavour became a consistent, social part of the week I looked forward to.
We wanted to pay that forward, so we created our own Nobó community run club where anyone could show up to move, find consistency, and start their Friday feeling uplifted, together. It has nothing to do with selling products, and everything to do with belonging, and it quickly became one of our favourite parts of the week.

The chats mid-run, coffee after, and the fact that so many of the same lovely people keep coming back 🙌
If you’ve been thinking about joining us - this is your sign🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
We meet every Friday rain or shine at Nobó. We leave at 7am to run a 5km loop at approx. ~6min/km pace, then come back to the café after for coffee - (50% off for run club members ☕👏🏻)

Sometimes you pause and realise how much has changed ✨
Eleven years ago it was one baby on a stand; this year it was three little helpers running the Nobó stall sponsoring the Wicklow Half. How did that happen?
Being family‑run means we’ve grown together - as parents, as a family, as a team, as a brand.

Lots of chaos & juggling, plenty of joy and a heap of learning for us all. Seeing the boys beside us at moments like this was a reminder of what a privilege it is to build something with them by our side.

We’ve been working on something new…and we’re so excited to finally have them ready to go!

Women supporting women is magic 🤍
Had such a lovely morning at the offices chatting to the team in celebration of IWD.

Honest chats about building something - the journey, the highs and lows, figuring it out, and backing yourself along the way.

Getting to do it alongside from made it even more special. Having good friends around you who truly get it makes all the difference - and Els’ drive to design and build the life that she wants, with intention, is so inspiring.

I found myself talking about how growth usually comes from discomfort - doing the things that scare you, not avoiding them, and stepping outside your comfort zone. Being asked to speak to this team today was definitely one of those moments.

It’s good to lean into it though… that’s where the good stuff is ✨

What a day 💥

A huge moment for Nobó to come on board as nutrition sponsors of the Wicklow Half Marathon for the first time.

And it was just so special to see Ashley and Josh - our first ever Nobó athletes - take on the race.

A very special congratulations to on an incredible win as first female and a new course record🥇 - and in her first ever race too!! An outstanding performance.

also had a brilliant run, hitting a PB and breaking sub 90 🔥 a reflection of the consistency and work he’s been putting in. Well done Josh.

Both are coached by FORUS and kitted out by - we feel really lucky to be part of their journey.

So many more moments to share from today - the atmosphere was electric ⚡️ but for now, a huge congratulations to everyone who ran today.
Enjoy the well-deserved rest ✨
