You haven't heard about Pike Master Ireland yet...
Well this is a competition that allows you to fish anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland, any water, lake or river even a bug sistem of lake and rivers!
Well Pike Master Ireland 2025 was held yesterday Sunday 12th of October. This year 25 teams of 2 anglers register and compete an venues picked by them, their favourite waters!
No meeting point, no hassle, just turn up to the lake before competition started and fish with only artificial lures. Everyone was in good mood ( please see the album Photo Pike Master Ireland 2025) and confident in their abilities and the venue picked.
Weather was good, mild October day with absolutely no rain all over Ireland and Northern Ireland, light wind (wrong direction though) north-est wind are not approved by anglers, but nothing will beat a day like yesterday(no shopping spree, cinema etc) at least for anglers that fish this competition.
Start was given at 9am and all teams started to fish, not long after this the first pike was recorded on the FishDonkey App and they kept being recorded through day, till 5pm when the FishDonkey App was set to close!
Checking the results on the FishDonkey App was delayed a bit compared to other years, simply because I had have some dinner after a day on the lake.
