Exciting news ✨
After 11 amazing years in our current shop, we’re so excited to announce a brand new chapter for Fox Framing!
Over the next few weeks, business will be as usual in Foxrock. Behind the scenes we’ll be moving into our beloved workshop space in The Village Craft Centre Cornelscourt — just 2 minutes away from our current shop 📍
The new location has easier parking, better transport links, within an existing community of makers. Most importantly, it is bursting with possibilities for us to grow creatively and expand what we offer.
Same business, same team, same passion, just a fresh new chapter 🖼️💛

To be honest, I really love this piece. It had been hanging directly on the wall without a frame for some time, any frame I tried to add, felt too tight and formal against it. It needed something, some experimenting later, this anti frame was born! 💥😂What do you think? Would you present a canvas like this? Tell me what you think! .. 💭

etching, float mounted (reversible) in a slim wood frame with non reflective Artglass. Etchings typically involve multiple copper plates printed on heavy cotton paper. Float mounting allows the print to be seen in its entirety, including the characteristic decal edge of the etching paper. Fun fact: I am a printmaker. I had the pleasure of taking a class with Colin Martin at Black Church Studio many years ago, it was a delight to frame this! 🧡 Thank you so much Michele!

From white to an opulent walnut wood, warm gold accent, with outer bronze patina frame that slopes elegantly outward from front to back.
