Thank you one and all from the bottom of my heart for all of the cards , gifts , and good wishes that I received over the last few days . It’s the end of a long legacy which I’ve enjoyed every day of .Im looking forward to the next chapter now . Inchicore has been a blast over the last fourty odd years , great people , great friends , and some wonderful characters. I’m really going to miss the craic and the laughs .
Best of luck to Graham in his new venture , a huge thank you to him and Ivan for their service , and good company I was very lucky to had their loyalty and friendship for so long .
So thank you all again

It’s with a little sadness but a lot of excitement lm letting everyone know that I will be hanging up my knives for good ( retiring) on the 14th April after 41 years butchering in Inchicore. It has been a wonderful journey over that time , a lot of laughs , some tragedy, met a lot of great people , and said goodbye to many also .Thank you one and all for your custom over the years , I will miss the banter that was always goin on in the shop some great characters , you never knew what they would come out with or get up to .
Between all of my family we have been trading in Inchicore for nearly a century from my grandad , mam and my uncles and myself .
The business is transferring to Graham who has been with me for the last 20 odd years, and Ivan will still be with him .I wish him the best of luck with his venture .
There will be no interruption to business as Graham will start on 15 April providing the same great service .
I hope to see you all before I finish up to sayonara before myself and Karen begin our next chapter .
