1. Lough Ouler and Tonelagee Circular, Co.Wicklow
- A mucky and wet one at this time of year, but well worth the 8km trek for the stunning views of the heart shaped lake as pictured here.

2. Inishowen Head Loop Walk, Co.Donegal
- An 8km hike along the stunning coast of Donegal, its rainy up there - so don't forget the waterproofs.

3. Muckross House to Torc Waterfall Loop, Co. Kerry
- The most relaxed of the three hikes but in no means easy! This 6.3km walk features gorgeous views of Torc waterfall.

Our favourite recipe for a tasty breakfast on the trail.

You will need:
- 1 & 1/2 cups (192g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 cups (192g) milk
- Oil of your choice
- Maple syrup
- Berries of your choice
