Front of House Supervisor
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in high-volume café / restaurant service
• Strong sense of urgency & awareness of table timing
• Confident in leading a team and giving direction
• Able to manage pressure — especially during rush hours
• Not afraid to make decisions on the floor
• Friendly, but knows how to control the room when needed
Bonus :
• Experience with reservation / waiting list systems
• Barista or drinks experience
• Passion for hospitality & building a strong team culture
