Chef Karl has been a driving force behind the Dublin food scene for many years and is now responsible for perhaps the city’s most exciting food venture, Saltwater Grocer.

Alongside Niall Sabongi Karl oversees this a chef lead grocery, which transforms into a restaurant by night.
