Step-by-Step Working Process:
1. Unbox the Camera:
Inside the box: Camera, power adapter, mounting screws, quick manual.
2. Connect the Camera to Power:
Plug it into a nearby power outlet.
3. Download the Mobile App:
Find and install the recommended Jooan app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
4. Register/Login to App:
Create a new account or login if you already have one.
5. Add Device:
Tap “Add Device” in the app.
Select the correct camera model.
6. Wi-Fi Connection:
Make sure your smartphone is connected to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (not 5GHz).
Enter your Wi-Fi password in the app.
7. Scan QR Code:
The app will show a QR code.
Hold your phone screen in front of the camera lens to let the camera scan it.
8. Camera Pairs with App:
After successful scanning, wait 1–2 minutes.
Camera connects to Wi-Fi and app shows live video.
9. Position the Camera:
Mount it on the wall, ceiling, or place it on a table/shelf facing the area you want to monitor.
10. Adjust Settings:
Set motion detection areas/sensitivity.
Set up notifications if you want alerts on your phone.
Choose recording mode (continuous, schedule, or only when motion is detected).
11. Use 2-Way Audio:
Tap the microphone icon in the app to speak into your phone, and the camera will play your voice out loud.
Listen back to sounds from the room too.
12. View Footage Later:
Watch recorded videos from MicroSD card or cloud storage anytime inside the app.
Tips for Best Use:
Keep camera within good Wi-Fi signal for smooth live streaming.
Clean the camera lens occasionally for best video quality.
Update the firmware through the app when available to improve performance and security.
Use a MicroSD card (Class 10 speed recommended) if you want easy, no-subscription recording.
