Bodegas Breca | Garnacha de Fuego | Spain

Garnacha de Fuego is a young, primary fruit expression of the oldest clones of Garnacha in the world, from the high altitude mountains of Calatayud in north east Spain. The altitudes, age of the vines, and slate dominant soils produce a wine of tremendous character and concentration, balanced by fresh acidity that provides balance and drinkability, and elegant minerality.

Traditional dry farmed viticulture. Organic Gobelet trained vines. Cultivated completely by hand, with minimal human intervention. The majority of the vineyards receive no treatments whatsoever.

DO Rias Baixas is renowned for the Albariño grape, producing world-class white wines in northwest Galicia, “Green Spain.” The mineral-rich soils and cool climate make Albariño the flagship of this coastal area, loved by wine enthusiasts, chefs, and sommeliers.

This superb, award winning wine, is produced by Bodegas Acquitania in the cool Galician vineyards of Rías Baixas. The wine shows great intensity with crisp apple scented fruit and layered mineral aromas. Perfectly balanced & elegant too.

We are hiring at Qwine.

Role 1:
We currently require an office administrator & logistics superstar. The ability to organize & manage international transportation, itineraries & scheduling is essential to this role. We are seeking someone who can multitask and think strategically, someone who is hyper organized, with near obsessive attention to detail.

While this role is initially for MATERNITY COVER (6 - 12 months) we also have a full time - permanent opening. We are happy to accommodate individual requirements with flexible hours & days worked. The option to WFH can also be discussed with the right candidate.

Experience in this role is desired, but if you feel that your career path to date has provided you with the skills required & that you have aptitude & know how - then we are happy to discuss in further detail.

Role 2: STORE MANAGER / RETAIL ASSISTANT We are on the lookout for a really good person (full time) or a couple of good people (part time) to join us here at the shop as retail assistant / store manager. If you have a pleasant disposition, are a good communicator, enjoy wine and food, have a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn about wine (we will provide training) and are someone who enjoys engaging with customers - then perhaps this job is for you!
