This post was inspired by someone telling me she struggles with dry skin…
and that she uses a seaweed soap to cleanse her face, because it’s natural.

And it reminded me how often “natural” is mistaken for “gentle”.

The truth is, many foaming and soap-based cleansers can strip the skin, even when they sound beautiful on paper.

Your skin doesn’t need to be stripped to be clean.
It needs to be respected.

So here’s a simple way to understand the difference 👇🏻

Oil Cleanser:
