Well, I'm out of hospital now, minus a few bits and pieces, and enough dressings on me to make me look like a mummy, treatment again in the morning but I will be back in the saddle again on Wednesday . watch out for starter kits beginning at €28 , and my latest oil which is tasteless with the same ni****ne bang and vapour that we all love , this is exclusive to me so we'll see how it goes, hasta la vista, Margaret ###

For those of you who are worried about the affects of the liquid, it has basically 3 ingredients, ni****ne, vegetable glycerine and polyol glycol which is a plant oil. the smoke that comes out of the e cig is a vapour and harmless to those around you as you absorb the ni****ne yourself. Ni****ne may cause plaque in the arteries but has a lot of positive effects too, like the release of serintonin, I could go on and on but you can google the thing yourselves , all I know is that the e cig has been the best thing that ever happened to me and no matter where you buy them you'll be amazed at how easy it is, best of luck to those of you who are thinking of taking the leap you'll be delighted you did it :-)

Just to let you know what a kit consists of , its 2 atomisers 2 batteries, a usb charger, 10ml bottle of e liquid and a carry case, thats the double kit for 50 euro, and the single one is one of everything for 35 euro , its great value (even if I do say so myself)
