The planes mightn’t be overhead, but we’ll be in our usual spot at the back of the hangar!

We are very sorry to hear that the planned air show on Sunday 28th July at Sligo Airport has been cancelled.

Behind the scenes at any large scale event, there is always a huge amount of effort from key people and this one was no different. We are sure the great team at the airport can plan the event again for the future and Sligo will support them when they do.

We wanted to let our customers know that Hangar 1 and Strandhill People's Market will be open on Sunday 28th, and every other Sunday.

We have clearance for take off at Strandhill airport! The Strandhill Peoples's Market lifts off again this Sunday ,March 19 with all your old favourites and lots of new stalls for the 2023 season!
Join us between 11.00am and 4.00pm in Hangar 1 for the first departure of the year! (unlimited hand luggage allowance!)

We are celebrating the eighth birthday of Strandhill People's Market today in hangar 1. Come and join us for some fun and games between 11am and 4pm!

We're super excited to be back in hangar 1..We'll be there with our tide clocks, ceramics and all the other stuff that we make!

Looking forward to great cakes from Bake 'n Joy, coffee from Jess at the Driftwood Coffee Cart and catching up with The Irish Tea Company, Microcosm Sligo , Michael Gannon Photography and Loui and Jules from the The Emporium of Creations.
