Did you know that coffee can be too fresh, it needs time to rest for 7-10 days after roasting to 'de-gas'.

Only then is coffee at it's best so we roast pack and rest our coffees for a few days before delivering to all you coffee lovers 🚚

From the Copan region to the west of Honduras 🇭🇳 it is grown at an altitude of about 1,400 M.AS.L

What drew our attention to this coffee apart from the taste is the fact the farm, Finca la Unica is solely run by women. It’s also organic and a lempira variety. 🌱

The Sugar Cane Process, which originates in Colombia where sugar cane grows in abundance, avoids disrupting the bean’s cellular structure and even enhances sweetness of the final cup!
