Traditional Irish Oatmeal Biscuits…I got this biscuit book into the shop because I have a house of biscuit lovers. It is safe to say this recipe is an absolute win. It said it would make 36 but I actually got 44 biscuits, which if you have a house of toddlers and you are thinking about sugar quantity that means it’s less than 4g of sugar per biscuit!
