Usborne Book of the Month €14.75
I'm not (very) afraid of the dark

When the sun goes down, the Dark stretches out. The Dark can be scary, but it can be other things too – it depends on how you see it… This gorgeous picture book tells the story of a little boy’s fear of the dark. With friendly text and hundreds of tiny holes that show shadows and a starry sky, this is a beautiful book to share with young children (3+).

Did you know?
In the first 3 months, babies can focus on objects that are 8-11 inches away. This is more or less the distance from their parents’ faces while nursing or feeding.
Bold black-and-white images stimulate the development of the optic nerves and encourage young babies cognitive development without over-stimulating them.

I have just the set of books to help!

Baby's very first black and white little library
A delightful mini boxed set containing four titles from the popular Baby’s Very First Black & White series: Animals, Going Out, Babies and Faces.
Each book features high-contrast black and white illustrations specially designed for babies to focus on.
With thick board pages, the books are perfect for sharing or can be propped up for babies to see by themselves.

An absolute bargain at €8!!
