How blessed am I! 🥰

This week, I returned to work in my beautiful reflexology clinic, doing a job I absolutely adore, while also getting to meet the most amazing, inspiring ladies every single day! 🌟

I really want to thank all my clients for their patience & understanding particularly over the last 14 months. Your continued support has meant the world to me. 🌈

Week 1. “Happy Tummies” was held last Friday, I shared reflex points to help with Constipation, Reflux, Wind & Colic.
These simple techniques can be used at any time of the day, wherever you may be.

Today, I gave my two girls a little Reflexology Treatment ahead of them returning Back to School on Monday.

Reflexology for school going kids can help create a relaxed mind and body, balance emotional energy, reduce anxiety,boost digestion, increase immunity and balance the organs & body.

It was lovely to do our treatments in my reflexology clinic today as a treat. I have missed using this beautiful space over the last 12 months but I hope to make more use out of it very soon - watch this space!!! 🙏🏻😉
