My buddy .stone.guitars built this guitar for around a decade ago. Its toured the world and had some classic songs written on in that time. Conor and Emmanuel entrusted it to me after a nasty neck break as Emmanuel was deep in a guitar build and didnt have time to get it done himself. It got fixed with a mahogany backstrap. The mahogany was salvaged from a classic car restoration and donated to me by a customer.

This has been in the workshop for a few weeks. Its a Cittern or "English Guitar" from around 1770. Its definitely the oldest instrument I've worked on. The fingerboard had been replaced by someone else. I refreted it and made a new nut and modified the non original bridge with a new bone cap. The original fingerboard had holes in it for what I think were screwed in capos. Im not sure if this was a modification or not. Anyway its pretty cool.
