Skellig Soul & Steel is a small business, set up by me, Séamus Collins, situated on the beautiful ring of Kerry in the west Of Ireland, producing functional and unique ornaments for the home and garden
Wherever possible the aim is to try and recycle every day items to give a second life to objects that, otherwise would be discarded and add to the blight of waste that we so often inflict on the env

ironment. Much of this uses glass bottles which I turn into simple but beautiful hanging candle lanterns to bring light into the home and surrounding outside spaces. I also manufacture simple chord and bead based jewellery as in bracelets and necklaces to order to reflect personal wishes and tastes. A current and ongoing project is too be able to supply fairtrade based clothing and gifts for the body and soul that are 'Fair Trade sourced and come from ethically based and sustainable community areas at home and overseas...

A nice local outing for Mr Soul today...For what looks like the one good day this weekend when the sun might just try and say hello, its up to the Fairfield in Cahersiveen to pitch up beside the wonderful folk at 'Fox in the Box'....So when you healthy chaps are out foryour walks and strolls come and say hello and have a browse through some lovely ethically sustainable textiles, handcrafts and incense, whilst enjoying a nice cup of the finest coffee this side of the Equator....Happy Saturday folks....Peace ❤❤👍
