It is with a heavy heart that I have to inform my faithful customers and Facebook friends that Mr Simms on Dillons Corner has ceased trading. But on a brighter note we are hoping to reopen in The Golden Island Shopping centre in the very near future. So don't give up hope on not being able to treat yourselves to your favorite sweets because there is always that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Thanks again for all your loyal support, we hope to see you all again very soon. From Lee and her staff :D

Good Afternoon my faithful followers, It gives me great pleasure to announce that the shop window display for St Patricks Day won a merit award in a local competition held for all the shops in Athlone. I will be collecting our cup at the end of April. I feel so proud. If you would like to see our display pop on down and whilst your here call in and pick up a sweet or two.
