🪷🪷 Visiting Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall 🪷🪷

History standing tall. There’s something so powerful about the scale of the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall. Between the 89 steps (representing his age) and the striking blue octagonal roof, every detail tells a story of Taiwan’s past. Feeling small but inspired in the heart of Taipei.

☕️☕️Coffee and Tea Time☕️☕️

Maokong Mountain in Taipei is a hidden gem famous for its tea culture, gondola rides, and breathtaking views of Taipei 101. It’s the perfect Instagram-worthy spot where nature, tradition, and cityscapes meet.
Highlights of Maokong Mountain :
- Tea Plantations: Maokong is renowned for its oolong tea fields, offering visitors a chance to sip freshly brewed Taiwanese tea while overlooking lush hills.
- Maokong Gondola: The gondola ride from Taipei Zoo to Maokong is a highlight.
- Traditional Teahouses: The area has the largest concentration of teahouses in Taipei, many perched on hilltops with panoramic views.
- Hiking Trails: Scenic paths lead to temples hidden in the jungle, including Zhinan Temple, blending spirituality with nature.
- City Views: From Maokong, you can capture stunning shots of Taipei 101 building.

🎂🎂My Birthday in Taipei🎂🎂

March 20 is my birthday. This time, I had the chance to celebrate it far from home, in Taipei. It also happened to coincide with the Eid holiday in Indonesia and the school break.
These are some of the things I did on my special day, strolling around factory outlets in Taipei, enjoying good food (with noodles as a must), and choosing ramen as my birthday meal. I spent some quiet time at a café, savoring a slice of cake and a warm cup of latte, then continued the night exploring a lively night market filled with delicious street food.
I feel truly grateful to experience this moment, accompanied by my life partner, my hubby.

🌸🌸Be Happy with Yourself🌸🌸

Happiness is not something we chase in the outside world. It begins within. When you learn to embrace your flaws, celebrate your strengths, and honor your journey, you discover a peace that no one can take away. It’s about finding joy in the little things, forgiving yourself for past mistakes, and choosing gratitude every single day.
Life becomes lighter when you stop comparing and start appreciating. The moment you realize that you are enough, just as you are, is the moment you unlock a deeper kind of freedom.

☕️☕️Breaking Fast, Sharing Hearts☕️☕️

There is something profoundly beautiful about the moment of breaking fast. As the call to prayer echoes softly, hearts gather around the table, united not only by hunger but by gratitude. The sweetness of dates, the warmth of shared laughter, and the gentle clinking of glasses remind us that togetherness is the true feast. In every bite, there is more than flavor, there is memory, tradition, and love. To break the fast is not merely to eat, but to pause, to reflect, and to celebrate the gift of community. It is a reminder that joy multiplies when shared, and that the simplest meal becomes extraordinary when surrounded by those who matter most.

😉😉My Life on Thursday😉😉
Thursdays mean discussing difficult cancer cases. Today I presented two challenging ones: Early Relapse Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and Relapse Mantle Cell Lymphoma.
Moments like this remind me that medicine is a journey of constant growth. Every difficult case is not just a challenge, but an opportunity to learn, to think deeper, and to become better for the patients who trust us.
Progress over perfection.
Keep learning. Keep improving. Keep going.

☘️☘️My way of finding peace of mind☘️☘️
Despite my daily busy schedule, this Sunday, I chose to propagate my Philodendron Green Congo, and to harvest cassava leaves for my midday meal.
Drawing closer to nature is how I return to serenity.

🥰🥰Believe in Yourself🥰🥰
Currently in my second semester as a Hematology-Oncology trainee. My days are filled with outpatient care, performing bone marrow punctures, analyzing cytomorphology results, and attending online meetings. I’m incredibly excited to keep expanding my knowledge and upgrading my skills!

🍭🍭Work Life Balance🍭🍭

I feel a bit envious of the work culture in Melbourne, where everyone can enjoy work-life balance. At 5 p.m., offices and shops close, and people are free to enjoy life after work. There is time to socialize, and one of the ways is by gathering at the night market. But… life is about choices, choices in arranging work schedules, setting priorities, so wherever we are, work-life balance can still be pursued.

Me at Night Victoria Market, January 14th 2026.

The Queen Victoria Market Night Markets in Melbourne are beloved seasonal events that transform the historic market into a lively evening hub of food, music, and culture. Here’s a breakdown of what’s happening:
🌞 Summer Night Market
- Dates: 19 November 2025 – 11 March 2026 (excluding 24 & 31 December)
- Time: Wednesdays, 5pm – 10pm
- Highlights:
- Global street food and cooling cocktails
- Artisan shopping stalls
- Live music, roving performers, and DJ sets
- Free entry, with a vibrant mid-week summer atmosphere under Melbourne’s twilight skyline.

🦮🦮Creating My Furkids First Time Experience with Animals🐕‍🦺🐕‍🦺
There’s something unforgettable about watching my dogs discover the world for the very first time. Today, I gave mine a brand-new experience, something simple, yet extraordinary through their eyes. The way their ears perked up, tail wagged uncontrollably, and paws hesitated before leaping into curiosity reminded me that life’s greatest joys are often found in the smallest moments. First times are never just first times; they are chapters in the story of trust, love, and companionship. And today, we wrote one together.

👸👸Heritage is Who We Are 👸👸
Preserving Indonesian culture is more than keeping traditions alive. It is a way of protecting our identity, honoring the wisdom of our ancestors, and ensuring that future generations can stand proudly rooted in their heritage. In every dance, song, craft, and story lies the soul of Indonesia, a reminder that culture is not just history but the living spirit that shapes who we are today.

😊😊Reaching Out To The Elderly Community😊😊

As part of the subspecialty medical education program at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia, we organized a social service activity focused on the elderly community.
Sharing with the community is more than an act of kindness. It’s a way of weaving ourselves into the fabric of something larger than our own lives. Each act reminds us that we are not isolated islands, but part of a living, breathing network of care.
