I believe everyone agree with me, if flood is bad, and the worst is hurricane, it swept city and left nothing in its footprints. Climate Change effort to reduce the carbon emission to reduce the global earth temperature degree , with increasing ice melt at arctic and antarctic mean more heavier thunderstorm, hurricane each years.
Solution and Prevention made to tackle the human biggest challenges in history, from using renewable energy shift car into E-car, and evacuation. How many of the resident at florida or texas, phillipine, bermuda, who once has been victimized by hurricane want it changes. Even nations loss 100 billions USD due to damage of hurricane each year, based on history.
Introduce "SAVIOR" AI drones , it combines 3 major weather control system.
1. Renewable energy
2. AI automation, mean after recharge, it study map and fly into destined area which cause disaster cloud.
3. It produce cleanest water due the water never touch earth.
We use zeppelins as base as recharge station and launch the drones to convert cloud into water. The zeppelins stations operated above cloud, and the drones work to counter negative cloud to cancel the thunder which cause thunderstorm.
In this way the power of hurricane reduce significantly, and everytime when satellite catch the early phenomenon cumulus cloud which stir the eyes of hurricane, the "SAVIOR" Drones counter it with absorbing and release water. Together we make history our civilization has ability to control weather, it can be use to maintain watering , rain, and when we need rain we able to use reverse system, evaporate water from the sea.
