You need to know 🤓 that there are two types of coffee, namely arabica and robusta, FYI : .st uses Arabica coffee (Bali Natural) to make cold brew.

Arabica Coffee Fun Facts:
1. Arabica has 2x lower caffeine content
than Robusta.
2. Arabica also has a higher acidity than
Robusta
3. Arabica coffee is more expensive than
Robusta coffee, because it is more
difficult to care for this coffee plant
until harvest time.
4. Arabica coffee beans are oval in shape
and slightly larger in size than Robusta
coffee beans.
