It all started from introducing natural incense products in the local market, but unfortunately had not received a good enough response, because there was still a large number of chemical incense products that were much cheaper.
Most materials that contain chemical elements have a bad impact on the body and the environment. We focus on processing ingredients that come from nature, by processing the native woods of the archipelago into incense which produces a distinctive fragrance, radiates spiritual energy, and it’s safe. It sounds like a black swan metaphor, an event that comes as a surprise and has a major effect. Impossible was possible.
Unexpectedly, a good response came from guests who visited Bali to guests who had been living in Bali for a long time and had private businesses. Most of whom came from Russia, the US, the Netherlands, and Canada. We have since learned that our guests are very enthusiastic about using incense with natural ingredients for their daily activities, business, and even for their spiritual activities. Since then, the demand for natural incense for guests in Bali has increased, and now, requests are also coming to supply to their home countries.
