Conditions and Terms
Thank you for choosing Wannabe Woven and wanting to be a part of our community. Upon being selected for a custom or semi custom warp, a 35 percent deposit will be required. This is in our best effort to continue business in which custom dyeing fees remain complimentary. If you have different needs for proceeding with payment, we ask that you PM for approval on the terms so th
at both parties are in agreement. Should you be unable to pay the fee when your time slot opens up, we can attempt to push your slot to another time or cancel. We would ask that a period of 6 - 8 weeks be expected for final shipment of custom or semi custom pieces, though it will likely be much less. We ask that payment is made prior to being received for finishing. If you are unable to pay fully at that time, the piece will be refunded, less a cancellation fee and be posted for draw or auction. We will keep you updated on all of the variables involved via chat. Agota Petho and her team will have final discretion on any and all design components for each piece of woven art. Hereby you agree to understand that they are unable to request placement of colors or sections of pooling in exact locations in the wrap or slings. You also agree to understand that any collage submitted with the intent of being created will become marketing property of Wannabe Woven if chosen. You hereby agree to understand that custom warps do not indicate that only one piece will be created. Wannabe Woven reserves the right to create and sell more pieces based on quantities of materials. Being that each person interprets art differently, we ask that questions are asked prior to final commitment for your space on a warp. If there is a color that you are partial to, or impartial to, please ask in advance before entering a draw. Invoices for finished pieces on draws or auctions must be paid within 12 hours of being sent or a redraw will be performed. Please maintain etiquette during draws and or auctions. We will not tolerate any drama within the group surrounding these types of events. If you wish to participate we expect good sportsmanship, and if you are not able to extend that respect we ask that you refrain from entering or leave the group. Members that incite drama or negative feelings within the group, and do not respect the artists and other members will be deleted and blocked. If you intend to use a forwarding service, please make arrangements prior to entering the draw. All items are completely hand dyed and painted, handwoven, and hand made. Weaver knots, bobbin changes, skips, and pulls may be noticed but not affect quality or integrity of the wraps or material. Things of this nature are generally considered a characteristic of handwovens, versus a flaw. All items will be inspected and any possible findings disclosed upon discovery, but we are human. Wraps and accessories are created inside two pet friendly homes. No pets are allowed in direct contact with the wraps or fabric but Agota Petho and her Team do reserve the right to own a Pet, so we cannot take responsibility if there should be an allergic reaction. Please bear in mind for those with allergies. Please do not show examples of other weavers work when asking for a certain dye style, and do not share photos of our work when working with other weavers. We are adamant that each artist should be unique and original, and we will not agree to attempt to copy work. Copying designs are grounds for removal from the group. Photos of our finished work are prohibited from being used or shared in subsequent collages or design inspiration. Accessories or keepsakes styles belonging to Wannabe Woven are prohibited from being recreated in other groups or by independently operating seamstresses or weavers. If you are in question about sharing something please ask. Countless hours are put into preparation for dyeing and weaving. We ask that you extend your best etiquette throughout the entire weaving process, as it is our absolute intention to be dedicated in doing the same. Please reach out to management prior to your piece being woven if you're having second thoughts after seeing the dyed yarn. Should you decide to forfeit your spot after payment, a fee will be charged. If you fail to express any concerns, it will be assumed you are happy with the piece being offered. Many photos will be provided throughout the custom process, in an effort to ensure your happiness with the piece. Please understand that each piece can and likely will have a different appearance in person. Giveaways are Free except for shipping and custom costs. Lastly and most importantly it is our sole intention to create these pieces for loving homes. This is a labor of love, and an outpouring of devotion to holding our babies close. If at any time we feel these dear notions to be taken out of context, we have the right to refuse services.
